• All items delivered in the UK will incur a £1.50 charge to cover post, packaging and insurance, with the exception of electrical items which will incur a £15.00 post, packaging and insurance charge.
• All overseas orders carriage charged at cost
• All sales are invoiced in sterling and must be paid in sterling
• To minimise transaction costs, sales to overseas customers are to be settled by credit card, VISA or Mastercard, at the time of purchase
• All prices quoted are exclusive of Value Added Tax. This will be charged at the rate prevailing at the date of invoice
• Shortages and damaged goods must be reported within three working days of receipt. Damaged goods must be returned
• We do not supply any goods to customers on a sale or return basis or on a trial basis. However, we are happy to exchange without charging a restocking fee any items supplied which have a unit cost of less than £100+VAT. These must be returned to us at the customer's expense unopened and in a re-saleable condition within seven working days of delivery. This is solely to allow for correction of ordering errors and applies only to items that appear in our current catalogue. Items retuned after seven days of delivery may be accepted at our discretion and will incur a 15% restocking fee with a minimum charge of £5.00+VAT. You statutory rights are not affected.
• We regret that all items to special order are non-returnable
• For UK customers, payment is strictly net due by the 30th day following the date of invoice
• Interest may be charged on overdue balances at the rate of 2% per month accruing daily
• The company reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in this catalogue
• Prices may be changed without prior notice
• Title to the goods does not pass until full payment has been received
• Items not currently in stock will be placed on back order
• Interest free finance may be arranged on equipment orders over £1000 ‘subject to status’
