The TCM Endo III electric motor/handpiece greatly increases the speed and quality of root canal preparation. The speed and the maximum torque is pre-selected and it is controlled constantly from the TCM control unit. The speed is held constant until the torque limit is reached.

The TCM Endo III also has a newly developed automatic protection mode to give added protection against file breakage. When the file reaches the pre-selected torque level, the motor will reverse 2 revolutions then return to the forward direction.

The TCM Endo III Motor reduces the stress on the instruments.
