Retractors
Analytic retractors have some unique qualities, which separate them from the others. The Carr retractors have a serrated tip. These tips can easily rest in a groove created in the bone which takes pressure off of the hands of the person holding back the flap and reduces the occurrence of slippage on the bone. The retractors all have an abraded surface so they are easier to grasp as well as an ergonomic groove for placement of the thumb.
