This unique unit is the only cordless endodontic handpiece with built-in apex locator. The Tri Auto ZX has three automatic functions that significantly increase the accuracy and safety of root canal treatment.

- Automatic start/stop. The handpiece automatically starts when the handpiece enters the canal and stops when it is removed

- Automatic torque reverse. The handpiece automatically stops and reverses the rotation of the nickel titanium file when too much pressure is applied

- Automatic apical reverse. The handpiece automatically stops and reverses the rotation of the file when the tip reaches a distance from the apex preset by the clinician.

The unit comes complete with charger, apex locator leads and stand, enabling you to perform endodontics with the utmost safety and accuracy.

The Tri Auto can be used successfully with most nickel titanium rotary systems.
