Procedure
1 The endodontic instrument has fractured
2 Expose and extend with the special endo trephine drill which includes a ventilation aperture for stress-free working
3 Insert the Meitrac endo extractor into the root canal carefully sliding it slightly over the fragment
4 Press the top section of the extractor down and turn it gently to grasp the fragment
5 Press both sections of the extractor together and gently withdraw the fractured endodontic instrument
