Glyde™ File Prep is a combination of EDTA and carbamide peroxide in a water-soluble base.

The EDTA chelates calcium salts from the calcified areas within the root canal to facilitate instrumentation. Glyde™ effervesces when it reacts with sodium hypochlorite.
