• Removal of the secondary dentine to secure an efficient access into MB2 canals
• Unroofing of pulp chambers

BL-3-A
• Removing and planing pulp stone on the canal wall and the pulp chamber floor simultaneously
• Efficient removal of the pulp horns to achieve better visibility

BL-4-A
• Removing the pulp stone and irregular calcification on the pulp chamber floor

BL-5-A
• Reaching the area where BL-1 and BL-2 can not
• Removing the isthmus
• Digging in the coronal ½ of the root and securing the space for post insertion

BL-6-A
• Digging around the broken instruments in the narrow canals
• Similar to BL-5 but without microprojections at the working end
